Hello! I don't know if this is possible but it would be good to be able to bulk delete traces. You can delete them one by one which is great but sometimes you want to delete a whole bunch at once. For example if you were testing the bot and want those conversations deleted. So the idea would be that you select which messages you want to delete all at once by selecting them (see picture with tick boxes on side then click "delete all" button): <img class="" src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/1717627508119..png">

Hello! I'd like to request that an extra column be added to traces named "Comments" so we can add any relevant notes that we want highlighted for that specific user conversation. Each person will have a different use case for this but for me it's a place where I can flag things such as - any quotes I'd like to use within the user's conversation or particular notes I'd like highlighted etc. Rather than having to open up the conversation each time to find the quote or comment I want it will be there in the comments for me to easily see. Not sure if you would call it Notes or Comments?

Add a Comments column to traces

Hello!I was trying to get an idea of how many users there were in May but when I tried to custom change the date range the "apply" button wouldn't work. Also at the bottom where you can choose an date range it wouldn't allow me to choose "custom" Would only allow the preset fields of 7 days, 14 days etc: <img class="" src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/1718940397727..png">

Can you add a link which redirected to the feedback page into a page of the dashboard. Support for example.

Add a user editor into the dashboard. Is for edit user oneself. If information is incorrect somewhere but known by the owner for example.
