Custom calendar doesn't work

I was trying to get an idea of how many users there were in May but when I tried to custom change the date range the "apply" button wouldn't work. Also at the bottom where you can choose an date range it wouldn't allow me to choose "custom" Would only allow the preset fields of 7 days, 14 days etc:
